Do you have a foundation?
Yes, the Oak Hill Foundation established in 2006, works hand in hand with Oak Hill to enhance the quality of life, mobility, independence and employability of people with disabilities, including those blind or visually impaired, served through Oak Hill. When you give to the Oak Hill Foundation, you leave a legacy that will benefit people with disabilties now and into the future. For planned giving opportunities to support and advance the mission of Oak Hill and grow the endowed assets of Oak Hill.

Can you donate to a program of your choosing?
Yes, or to benefit a specific disability (restricted funds):
- Eleanor A. Brooks Blindness Related Supports Center at Oak Hill – provides housing, community supports and vocational training for people who are blind or visually impaired.
- Oak Hill School – provides educational services to children with multiple disabilities.
- NEAT Center at Oak Hill –provides assistive technology, adaptive equipment, resources and educational services to people with temporary or permanent disabilities.
- Oak Hill Center for Relationship & Sexuality Education (CRSE) -provides therapeutic and educational programs that promote safe and healthy relations for people with developmental disabilities.
- Oak Hill Camp -a residential summer camp for children and adults with developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities, includes visual impairments.
- Oak Hill Birth to Three-provides support to families of children under the age of three with disabilities or delays in developmental milestones.
- Oak Hill Day Services-provides adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities (including visual and hearing impairments) with job training, volunteer and community work, reinforcing daily living skills, socialization and community integration.
- Senior Services -provides adults (over 65 years) with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities (includes visual and hearing impairments) with light vocational work, volunteer opportunities in the community and leisure and recreational activities.
- Oak Hill Residential Services -provides children and adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities (includes visual and hearing impairments) with community-based housing and supported apartments across Connecticut.

Adopt A Home
Adopt A Home was established in 2005, following the success of many “Day of Caring” outings. The program offers individuals, businesses, foundations or trusts the opportunity to volunteer their time, financial resources or both to benefit community-based residential group homes serving people with multiple disabilities.
