An Inspirational Evening with Randy Snow

Oak Hill is a proud sponsor of Connecticut Community Care, Inc. 2nd Annual Myra Kerr Memorial Lecture featuring Randy Snow.

Randy Snow is a Paralympian and Olympic Hall of Fame Wheelchair Athlete.

  • Date: Thurs. May 29, 2008
  • Registration: 6pm (Tours and light refreshments)
  • Lecture: 7pm - NEAT Center at Oak Hill (located at the corners of Coventry and Holcomb Streets, Hartford)
  • Fee:  $25/per person (seating is limited so register early) - funds raised go to advancing the mission of CT Community Care, Inc. - proven experts in care management (www.ctcommunitycare.org)

Benefits children and adults with disabilties served by Oak Hill; providing cultural and recreational opportunities; camperships; trips; and exercise equipment. 

  • Date: Sunday, June 22, 2008
  • Registration: 9AM; NEAT Center at Oak Hill (corners of Coventry and Holcomb Streets, Hartford)
  • Ride: 10AM; travels to Brodie Park, Barkhamsted
  • Fee: $20/rider; $10/passenger; non-riders welcome
  • Rain or shine event!

14th Annual Oak Hill Fundraising Golf Tournament

Oak Hill's fundraising golf tournament

Benefits children and adults with disabilities served by Oak Hill; provides cultural recreational opportunities; camperships; adaptive equipment and trips.

  • Date: Wed. September 17, 2008
  • Lyman Orchards Golf Course (Middlefield)
  • Shot gun start: 10AM (Scramble play)
  • Fee: $175/per golfer (includes golf play, cart, light breakfast, grill lunch, buffet dinner, prizes, and more)

2nd Annual Lindsey Jo Haile Walk/Run/Roll

Lindsey Jo Haile Walk/Run/Roll event

Benefits children and adults with disabilities served by Oak Hill to honor the life of Lindsey Jo Haile. 

  • Date:  Saturday, October 11, 2008
  • Registration: 10AM; Coginchaug Regional High School, Durham
  • Event begins: 11AM (approximately 4 miles)
  • Fee: Pre-registration by 10/1/08 - $15/per person; After 10/1 until day of event - $20/per person (includes refreshments)
  • Each entrant receives an event T-shirt and commemorative bracelet 
  • Rain or Shine Event!
